About Kal Bhairav Temple in Ujjain 

Kal Bhairav is a temple on the banks of the Kshipra that is dedicated to the worship of Kal Bhairav, the chief of the eight Bhairavas (Lord Shiva) described in Saivite tradition. It is renowned for the fact that one offers liquor to the deity as offering.The Kal Bhairav Temple is also believed to be associated with the cult of Tantra, an unorthodox secret cult with strong black magic overtones.
