Siddhesvara Dham or Char Dham is located at Solophok Hill, Near Namchi Sikkim state of India. Siddhesvara Dham or Char Dham was consecrated by Shri Jagadguru Sankaracharya Swami Swarupananda Saraswati on November 8, 2011 and Chief Minister Pawan Chamling which was started in the year 2005.Siddhesvara Dham is a replica of all the 12 Jyotirlingas and Char Dhams in India.

Namchi means Sky (Nam) High (Chi) in Bhutia. Namchi is situated at an altitude of 5,500 feet above mean sea level.Solophok Chardham temple is spread over an area of 7 acres and its complex includes various other religious sites like Sai Baba Temple, Kirateshwar statue besides Nandi bull, Sai Dwar, Sai Temple, Kirat Dwar, Kirateshwar Statue, Shiv Dwar and Musical fountain.

According to legends, during the Kurukshetra war between the Kauravas and Pandavas; Arjuna used to worship Lord Shiva here. Lord Shiva, pleased with Arjuna, appeared in the form of a hunter and his blessing is said to have helped the Pandavas win the war against the Kauravas.

For the entertainment as well as comfort of the visitors, the temple has some other facilities also. Some of them are information kiosks, security building cum auditorium cum cafeteria, VIP guest house, car parking, driver’s room, viewing pavilion, main prayer hall, dormitory, 96 bedded Yatri Niwas, and viewing chattri.

Chardham complex in Sikkim is distributed mainly in 4 parts- i) Statue of Lord Shiva with 12 Jyotirlingas, ii) Chardham, iii) Sai Baba Temple, and iv) Kirateshwar statue. There are a few other sacred sites too, such as Nandi bull temple, Sai dwar, Shiv dwar, and Kirat Dwar.Chardham in Solophok is believed to be one of the most sacred destinations of Sikkim. Samdruptse Temple is Located of Namchi in South Sikkim india.the temple is Dedicated to Guru Padmasambhava and built about 1200 years ago.Samdruptse lies close to Namchi in the South Sikkim region. It is at about 75 km from Gangtok. Samdruptse near Namchi (13 kms) has world's highest statue (120 ft) of Buddha (Guru Padmasambhava).The hill has gained popularity for the presence of a gigantic statue of Guru Padmasambhava also known as Guru Rinpoche - the patron saint of Sikkim who is believed to have blessed the land of Sikkim. The statue is about 135 feet tall and is the tallest figurine of his in the world. The Thakurbari temple is located in the heart of Gangtok town in Sikkim. It is regarded as one of the oldest temple in Sikkim.The temple was built in 1935.The temple houses almost all major deities and has emerged as an important center of convergence for the Hindu community of Gangtok.It was constructed on a prime piece of land donated by Sir Thutop Namgyal, the former Maharaja of Sikkim. History of Thakurbari Temple

The Thakurbari Temple was constructed on a land donated by the Chogyal of Sikkim in the year 1935. During the year 1945-47, the shrine was renowned to a major temple complex. Also, construction works began last year, for inclusion of a multipurpose hall and a library to the complex.

About Ganesh Tok Temple in Gangtok

Ganesh Tok, a small temple, is located at a distance of 7 kilometre from Gangtok.It stands at a height of 6,500 feet.The path to Ganesh Tok is covered with sacred flags hoisted and tied across the roads. The flags are colored in White, Red, Green, Blue, Yellow and Purple. The path looks like rainbow and it gives tourists hidden excitement approaching the temple of lord Ganesh. The flags are believed to be very sacred and on each flag something is written. The Sky gets covered by these flags and make a unique scene.

Like the Hanuman Tok, the Ganesh Tok offers a fascinating view of the surrounding regions. One can get a clear view of Gangtok, the capital city of Sikkim. The premises of the Raj Bhavan can also be viewed from this mandir. If you visit the Ganesh Tok in Sikkim on a cloudless day, then you might be fortunate enough to catch a glimpse of the magnificent Mt. Khangchendzonga. About Hanuman Tok Temple in Gangtok

Hanuman Tok or temple dedicated to Lord Hanuman is situated in the Indian state of Sikkim. The temple is located at an altitude of 7200 feet. It is located about nine kilometres uphill from Gangtok on a calm and tranquil hilltop. The temple is popularly known as a wish fulfilling temple. Hanuman Tok is situated approximately 5 km rising from White Hall on a bifurcating road of the Gangtok Nathula highway. It is 11 km away from the Gangtok town, the capital of the state.The temple is maintained and preserved by the resident units of the Indian Army. The local people also contribute for the maintenance of the temple. Recently the temple has been repaired and renovated and has been provided with several public utilities. Hanuman Tok is surrounded by natural beauty and thus away from the pollution and hustle and bustle of the city. One can get a wonderful view of Gangtok town and the nearby hills from the top of this hillock.

In 1950s a political officer named Appaji Pant had a divine dream at this place and after that the idol of Lord Hanuman had been erected here. Since then the temple is locally known as the Hanuma Tok. In 1968 this entire area was handed over to Indian Army. It is now maintained and preserved by the Units of 17 Mountain Division of the Army. There is a temple of Sirdi Saibaba here as well just right of Lord Hanuman Temple. Nearby and just before the entrance to the stairway is the cremation ground of erstwhile Namgyal Royal family of Sikkiim. You can see several stupas and chortens there.
