History of Tulja Ma of Ranu 

Seven hundred years ago Saint Shree Vishwambhargiriji Maharaj stayed at Tuljapur in Maharastra. He was true devotee of Maa Tulja Bhavani. One day he Pray to Maa that u made your Dham in South but Maa what about north? Devotees having lots of trouble to reach here for your darshan. Maa listen his prayer and one night Maa came in his dream and said him that I am with u in your Akhand Jyot. U go where people facing water problem, and fulfill their requirement of water by digging ponds and cherish there life. And u will find me while digging the Pond at one of the place. As per the year of Indian Hindu calendar vikram samvat One thousand three hundred sixty three and the day was Sunday durgastmi Saint Shree Vishwambharji Maharaj reached at Ranu with his Akhand Jyot. In order to bless the mankind who are illiterate and ordinary human beings who are unknown of Upanishads and Sastras, as Maa said to Saint Shree Vishwambharji Maharaj to search for her in one of the pond in saakara as idol form. Saint Shree Vishwambharji Maharaj Start Akand Dhuna with Akhand Chit. And finds a saakara Maa’s idol in one of the pond at Ranu.

Before 200 hundred years ago Shri Swaminarayan Bhagvan and his followers visited Ranu for the blessing of Maata Ji. He had a bath in Maan Sarovar from which Maataji’s idol was found and also did seva, pooja, and aarti. He was very much satisfied by blessing of Maa and told his followers that “Shiv and Shakti are one. There is nothing without Shakti. So who every will do pooja of Maa Tulja over here he will also get a blessing of mine too.” At that time Mahant Shree Prabhatgiriji Maharaj and Shri Swaminarayan Bhagvan both had satsang at Ranu in the temple of Maa Tulja Bhavani. Harsiddhi Mata Temple is situated at Hiltop Koyla Dungar(Hill) near Porbandar.The temple was built in Dwapar yug (Lord Krishna time) and built by Lord Krishna. The temple is dedicated to Lord Krishna Kuldvi Goddess Harsiddhi. The other names that are given to Goddess Harsidhhi are Harshal, Harshad, Sikotar, Harshat Shikotar or Vahanvati. Harsiddhi Devi knows as Kuldevi of Krishna and Vaishnav and chouhan family. To kill asura(Rakshash) shree Krishna worship to Shree Harsiddhi devi and she established love and peace by killing asura.

There are 300 steps to go to the temple at the top of the Koyla hill, from the top, the other form of nature is seen in the form of a river because the Arabian sea is visible in the foothills. The mythological story of how Mataji came down from the top is also very interesting.The temple is on the top of the hill with the destroyed temple structure. It is believed to be a Shiva temple destroyed by invaders. There are certain controversies surrounding the deity of the temple. Some believe that there was a female deity and some believe male. The view from the hill top is picture perfect with landscape. It has views of hill, sea and river.

History of  Harsiddhi Mata Temple Porbandar

This temple has great story, still at the time of Aarti (morning 5 am) people say Jhoomar shakes on it's own.It is said that, in the 13th century, there was merchant named Jagadu wrecked after the eyesight of Harisiddhi Mata fell on the ship. To prevent this, he used to offer coconut fruits to Mata Ji, but once he forgot to offers and consequently his 6 out of 7 ships wrecked in the sea. Koilaya, they had to recite their coconut in the sea. So that their travels could be settled down. Once Kutch’s businessman Jagadusha got his goods filled with goods in seven ships, he started to roam the trade, but he forgot to come to.


The merchant was very sad with this incident and came Harisiddhi Mata temple and prayed to her and requested the Maa to help him get his wrecked ships back. He always  requested Maa that from now no ships of any merchants should burn and wreck.

The mother said to test Jagadu, “If you resign coyote to her at every step, I would need come down. Jagadu consent the Mataji’s condition and sacrificed one animal at every step, but when the last four steps were left, he was left with no animal to sacrifice, then Jagadusha sacrificed his son, two wives and sacrificed himself at the last step. Ultimately, Mataji was pleased with his devotion and resurrected Jagadu, his son, both wives.

History of  Sundha Mata Temple in Bhinmal 

Sudha Mata temple was built by Chauhan King Chaching Dev during 1312 AD. Sudha Mata is also known as Adhghateshwari, which means a Goddess without a torso. Here, the head of Goddess Chamunda is worshipped. As per the legend, when Lord Shiva was performing Tandav carrying the body of Sati, Lord Vishnu decided to chop the body of Sati with his Sudarshan chakra in order to calm down Lord Shiva. It is believed that Sati's head fell at this place. Hence, this place is considered as one of the Shakti Peeths.

In the temple premises, there are three historically important inscriptions which narrate the history of the different regions. The first inscription of AD 1262 describes the victory of Chauhans over Parmaras. The second inscription is from 1326, and the last one is from 1727. These inscriptions throw light on the history of India.

Legend of Lakulish Shiv Temple Kayavarohan

According to the legends, Lord Shiva took the incarnation of Lakulish in this temple. Lord Shiva took the form of a brahmin child so the place is known as Kayavarohan. Kayavarohan lingam represents the formlessness and uniqueness of Lord Shiva. The legend has it that during the invasion of Mahmood of Ghazni, the luminous jyotirlinga with Lakulish merged the light of all of the other 12 jyotirlingas into its form and disappeared. It is believed that Ichhapuri was the main place of pilgrimage in Satyuga, Mayapuri in Treta Yuga, Meghavati in Dwapar Yuga, and Kayavarohan is the main pilgrimage of the present Kali yuga.

Tarkulha Devi Temple is located near Gorakhpur and 5 Km from Chaura-Chauri in Uttarpradesh state of India.The temple was built about 1857 and built by Amar Shahid Bandhu Singh. History of Chudel Mata Temple

Raychandbahi Patel established the foundation of this temple on the southerner part of kungher.According to populartalle this goddess was worshipped as short (chudel) about 250 years ago. This godless has given real judgment who had loot their pan, Buffoalo. Day by day People tufted in this flame and trust spread at the tip of  the village.

 Due to inspiration of this godless the distinguished persons marbal a place in 1991(2049 savant) from this time the burning flame is running. This place becomes famous all over Gujarat during last two year. There is no place of district. There is no any Worshiper of this godless and no one puffer to vow, no any Religious Promise.


They complaint themselves before this flame and get the Godless justified so it’s named as the High court of kungher. Thousands of Pilgrimages come and stand in a quake from Saturday to Sunday. The Management had arranged goad accommodation fer Thom. There is toe different line for them.

Unai Mata temple is located in Unai village near Navsari Gujarat.The temple was built about Ramayana times.The temple is dedicated to goddess Unai.This temple is famous for its hot water springs and it said that this site is mentioned in Ramayana also and lord Ram Sitaji stayed here during their exile. Here hot water pond are famous for recovery of any scene disease. 

As legend goes, lord Rama along with Sitaji and Brother Laxman was camping in jungle as a part of fourteen year of exile. They reached Dandakarnya ( Dang District of Gujarat ) . Sharbhang sage welcomed Sri Ram in his ashram. And looked after them very well with great love and affection. Sage was suffering from the leprosy and his body was badly smelling, in this painful condition with the help of yoga power he changed his outer appearance. Even with painful condition he followed Sri Ram on foot to see him off his area. 

Laxman came to know his painful condition and he told about it to Sri Ram, Lord Rama took his arrow and pierced the earth. Hot medicinal spring erupted out. Sage Sharbhang took bath and he was immediately healed.Seeing this Sitamata also took bath in the same hot spring and informed Sri Ram, “ Hoon nai “ (means I took bath) . This place came to be known as hoonnai. With a passage of time it came to be known as Unai . Nowadays this is a pilgrimage center known as Unai.

Since then hot spring is constantly flowing. Also flowing the faith in the temple. Pilgrims from far off places come to visit this place. As mentioned on the notice board of the temple. Discharge of the spring is about 5500 gallon per hour with temperature ranging from 57 to 61 degree centigrade.

Specials enclosures, separately for ladies and gents are made for taking bath. Water is quite hot if touched accidentally. Those who take dip with faith no harm is done to them. Accompanied photo graph shows hot vapors emerging from the pool. Inside of temple can not be photographed. As far as I could go, I tried to click the images. Photography is strictly not allowedIt is firmly believed any sort of skin disease is cured if dip is taken in this hot pool of water. Some of minerals like Sulphur have got skin healing properties. Even in homeopathy Sulphur remedy is used for skin diseases.
