Then, at the place of fall of left arm, this temple was constructed.
Here the idol of maa Sati is called as ‘Bahula’ and the lord Shiva is worshipped as ‘Bhiruk’. Meaning of Bahula is lavish and it is worshipped by millions of peoples here.
Temple is having simple, yet adorable art and architecture. Unlike other temple, those who have large dome at their top, here this temple does not have that much. And just a simple dome comes at the top. On the other hand, temple is situated in a remote area and thus that’s what brings calmness all around here. The ringing of bell in morning and evening can be heard clearly from far distance. The scent of ‘agarbatis’ is just adorable and the flame of ‘diya’ which is used for worshipping or doing ‘aarti’ of maa sati is adorable. In front of the temple there is large courtyard and the flooring is done by the red stone.
History of  Bahula Shakti Pith  Temple

Ma Sati’s left arm is said to have fallen in Ketugram when Lord Vishnu used his Sudarshan Chakra on the burnt corpse to save the world from Lord Shiva’s deadly dance of destruction. ‘Bahu’ in Sanskrit incidentally means ‘arm’. ‘Bahula’, on the other hand, means lavish and refers to the prosperity that this goddess brings. The goddess Bahula is worshipped along with the Bhairav Bhiruk and both are said to be manifestations of Mahadev and Mata Adi Shakti. ‘Bhiruk’ means one who has attained the highest levels of meditation or ‘sarvasiddhayak’.
It is said that this Shakti Peetha is one from where devotees have never left empty-handed. She is said to grant the wishes of all those who approach her with genuine longing in their hearts. Instances of miracles are rampant here. Bahula Devi is seen accompanied by her sons Karthikey and Ganesha.
